New York: Improve Implementation of New York’s Compassionate Care Act

Posted by on August 10, 2016

It has been two years since Governor Cuomo signed the Compassionate Care Act (“CCA”) into law and six months since the program became operational. Unfortunately the law is one of the most restrictive in the country and the state legislature failed to pass any meaningful legislation this session to improve it.

Enter your zip code below to write Governor Cuomo and urge him to take action today to improve implementation of New York’s Compassionate Care Act. You can also call him at 1-518-474-8390.

Also, please consider writing or calling Department of Health Commissioner Dr. Howard Zucker using the talking points below and urging him to take action as well.
